My room remained quiet since the hotel sits in a residential area, and I prayed at the mosque directly next door when I did not head to the Haram. Abdullah at the front desk assisted me throughout my visit, even providing help with taxi arrangements for my trips.

Private pool for all ages

I swam in the covered pool meant for adults and children. The villa layout included two salons, a kitchen, and three bathrooms. I relaxed in the private garden during the four days of my stay.

I relaxed in the body and leg massage chairs located on the ground floor after walking back from Masjid al-Haram. I also visited the onsite minimart for necessity items and used the barbershop without leaving the building.

Fast elevators in the tower

I rode the fast, practical elevators from my floor to the Haram courtyard every day. After performing prayer, I ate bakso at the restaurant. My suite included spacious bathrooms and large windows. I received Saudi coffee and complimentary dates at the front desk after Jumma.

Private prayer hall facing the Haram

I used the private prayer hall facing the Haram to perform my daily prayers during my stay. The hotel elevators provided quick access to the prayer area as well as the Zamzam Tower entrance, so I reached the mosque in two minutes. I also enjoyed fresh fruit served in my suite every day.

I washed my laundry using the machine and dryer in my apartment. I also prepared meals in my full kitchen after staff brought me the missing equipment I needed. I stayed in a three-bedroom suite with tea and coffee in every room.
